After winning the 1997 two-year old BWP Futurity with a score of 77, SIM was provisionally approved in 1998 for Stallion Service. In 2001 he was fully approved by filling his performance requirements through showjumping; the first stallion to do this
for the BWP/NAD.

His jumping pedigree is unmatched as it contains four international jumping stallions. NONSTOP ridden by Nelson and Rodrigo Pessoa; DARCO, 7th in the Olympics in Barcelona ridden by Ludo Philippaerts; FEINSCHNITT, 10th in the Olympics at L.A. and JASPER ridden by Hugo Simon as well as foundation stallions COR DE LA BRYERE, LORD, LADYKILLER XX and COTTAGE SON XX.

After winning two championships and a reserve championship in 2001 SIMSALABIM continued his career in 2002 with his rider and trainer Stefanie Furgason-Collier, 1998 AGA Rookie Of The Year.

In 2002 SIMSALABIM had two third place finishes in two $10,000 mini-prix at A shows. After attaining Level 8 in show jumping, Sim came home to stud in 2005.

PROGENY:
Simsalabim foals placed 2nd in the National Yearling Futurity and 2-Year-Old Futurity for BWP. His 2004 colts were 3rd and 4th in the Nation. His offspring placed 3rd in the Get of Sire class at Dressage at Devon. Winchester, by Magnum

ALI BABA B - 2007 USDF HORSE OF THE YEAR (median score 74.326%) at 2nd level, as well as winning both VINTAGE CUPS for his owner and trainer at both 1st and 2nd level. 2006 Region 5 Open Training Level Champion in dressage with 75.96% and 3rd in USEF.

BLACK MAGIC B - Co-Champion of the 2003 2-Year-Old BWP Futurity, Highest scoring BWP filly (80) in 2001.

BLUE BAYOU B - Highest scoring colt of 2001 (81). BWP Licensed stallion. Co-Champion of the 2003 2-Year-Old BWP Futurity. 2003 USDF Horse of the Year in 2YO Dressage Breeding. Highest scoring BWP colt (81) in 2001.

CIELO B - BWP Licensed stallion. Qualified for YJC Midwestern League Finals in 2008 as a 6-Year-Old. Reserve Champion BWP Yearling Futurity in 2002.

CONCORDE B - BWP Licensed stallion. Currently competing in hunters and young jumpers in 2008.

D'OR V'DOR B (born Dante B) - Winner of one YJC Qualifier to date at the Winter Equestrian Festival in 2008. Earned Best Performance title at International Jumper Futurity Midwestern Regional.
